With over 20 years of experience, she pioneered the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) concept from Asia for global asset owners. VS Partners leads in the OCIO space, working with top managers and spanning major markets like North America, Europe, and China. The firm excels in public and private equity, fixed income, and commodities, offering bespoke solutions, especially regarding China.

In 2022, Ms. Xu was named one of Fortune China’s Most Powerful Women. She is a Fellow of the Aspen China Fellowship Program and co-founded the SuperBridge Council, connecting leaders from emerging economies. She plays a key role in helping Chinese tech manufacturers expand globally, facilitating collaborations and MOUs in the Middle East, including the UAE.
