Mr. Tsang has over 25 years in private equity and venture capital, spanning industries like environmental tech, healthcare, TMT, and e-commerce. His portfolio includes companies such as Noah Education, Minsheng Education, and Great Wall Auto. He spent 13 years as Managing Director at Baring Private Equity Asia, founding its Beijing office, and previously worked in equity research at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific. Since 2016, he has been the Founder and Chairman of Strategic Year Holdings Limited.

He is a member of the Oxford Investment Opportunity Network and Imperial College Investor Network and serves as Asia Senior Advisor to Apollo Education Group.
