Tianwei Liu is the CEO and Co-founder of StraitsX, a Singapore-based financial infrastructure provider powering digital transactions globally. With a background in software engineering, he has guided StraitsX’s growth from a payments company to a trusted platform enabling compliant and programmable digital finance for institutions, fintechs, and Web3 platforms.
Tianwei began his career in Silicon Valley as a Software Engineer at WIMM Labs, a start-up that built the world’s first Android-based smartwatches and helped lay the foundation for Google’s WearOS™. He later joined Amazon Lab126, where he developed large-scale data systems supporting real-time analytics across millions of Kindle devices worldwide.
