Oliver leads APAC for Rezolve Ai (Nasdaq: RZV), driving agentic commerce initiatives to deliver the next generation of AI-powered experiences with retailers and marketers. He specializes in AI use-cases, AI standards, and governance.An ex-corporate professional turned AI entrepreneur, he founded and led ViSenze for over 12 years, from a NUS AI lab till its successful exit to Rezolve Ai in 2025; earning industry acknowledgments as one of retail’s top AI companies — Gartner, AWS Tech Partner of Year, CB Insights Retail Tech 100 - and multiple award-recognitions for his entrepreneurship and leadership in AI excellence. As practitioner, Oliver specialises in complex AI use-cases in retail, AI standards, and design of AI native workflow processes. In public service, Oliver advocates responsible AI on industry forums as an expert voice and has authored over 40 published works on forums such as Forbes Technology Council. He serves on the board of Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and the Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee (AITC) in Singapore. He is also a member of the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Interchange (AIII) Technical Exchange Network (TEN) with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
