Issam is the Founder & CEO of I.M. Mamlouk & Co., an Abu Dhabi-based investment firm. Before founding an investment company, Issam was a member of the MENA Investments team in Riyadh at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabias sovereign wealth fund. At PIF, he worked on several billion-dollar private equity transactions in companies across the aviation industry and the aviation services value chain. Before working at PIF, Issam was a member of J.P. Morgans investment banking team in New York, where he advised on, structured, and underwrote multi-billion-dollar transactions for clients in the public sector, infrastructure and transportation sectors.Issam earned an MBA from Oxford University, where he was a Saïd Business School Foundation scholar. Issam also earned a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University, a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University, and a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Bentley University.
