Mohammed Alariefy is the Assistant Deputy Minister for Digital Entrepreneurship at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). He leads the Kingdom’s national strategy to build a world-class startup and venture capital ecosystem, working across the full lifecycle from startup formation to exit. With over 17 years of experience spanning government leadership, strategic consulting at EY and Thomson Reuters, and executive education at Wharton, INSEAD, and London Business School, he operates at the intersection of policy, capital markets, and founder ecosystems.
