Annabelle Mander is the Executive Vice President of Tahaluf, Saudi Arabia’s largest exhibitions company, and co-creator of LEAP, one of the world’s fastest growing and most attended tech mega events. She leads Tahaluf’s technology division including LEAP, Money20/20 Middle East, Black Hat MEA, and DeepFest events now recognised among the biggest in their fields and commended by HRH at the Council of Ministers.Under her leadership, LEAP 2025 generated USD 820M in economic impact, and Tahaluf is now expanding internationally with LEAP East launching in Hong Kong in 2026.With 13+ years of experience launching and scaling global exhibitions, she drives cross-government partnerships with SAMA, MCIT, SDAIA, SAFCSP, CMA, and DGA. She also co-founded the Rocket Fuel Competition, Saudi’s largest startup prize, and champions women in tech and global investment programmes that have facilitated billions in funding.
