Dr. Maggie Lo is the Chief Manager (Life and Health Technology) at the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) of the Hong Kong SAR Government, where she drives efforts to attract leading Mainland and international technology companies to establish or expand their presence in Hong Kong. She has supported more than 30 companies including seven of the world’s top 20 global pharmaceutical companies to expand their research and development activities in Hong Kong.She brings over 20 years of experience across Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Canada, with expertise spanning clinical research, healthcare policy, and trade & investment promotion. Prior to joining OASES, she served as Deputy Head of Life and Health at Invest Hong Kong and as Associate Director (Healthcare and Education) at the British Consulate-General in Hong Kong, where she led healthcare trade and investment initiatives.
