Filla Mak is the Chief Property and Asset Officer of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), leading the Leasing, Commercial Leasing, InnoPark Lease Administration, Corporate Facility Management, InnoCell & Operation Services and Corporate Liaison. She has significantly contributed to building Science Parks vibrant ecosystem, drawing on over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, commercial real estate, property management and client relationships.Since joining HKSTP in August 2017, Filla has spearheaded strategic improvements across the park, driving commercial diversification, strengthening InnoCell’s performance and occupancy, and enhancing overall customer experience.With her wealth of experience, Filla seeks to leverage her extensive experience to drive transformative enhancements to HKSTPs world-class facilities and architect a collaborative climate that fuels technological ingenuity.
