Julia Clyne is a strategic transformation leader and founder of The Co-Intelligence Advisory, a consultancy dedicated to helping enterprises navigate the Agentic AI revolution. Her mission is to empower Sales & Marketingleaders to drive scalable growth by deploying AI workflows that support and amplify human intelligence rather than replace it.For over 12 years, Julia drove commercial strategy, P&L growth and digital transformation for some of the worlds most prestigious legacy media institutions. Operating across the Asia Pacific region, she held leadership rolesincluding Deputy Managing Director & Head of Sales (APAC) at Bloomberg Media, Vice President (APAC) at Dow Jones, and Executive Director, Media Sales (APAC) at The New York Times. Recognizing that the true bottleneck to sustainable AI integration is human change management, Julia now focuses on the critical intersection of Agentic AI and operating model redesign. By pairing technological deployment with rigorous capability-building programs,she partners with enterprises to unlock commercial value. Rather than pursuing short-sighted labor substitution, her approach elevates existing workforces into confident designers and users of technology, ensuring their careers are protected and future-proofed.Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and certifications in People Analytics from The Wharton School and Artificial Intelligence Strategy from MIT Sloan. She continues to advance her structuralexpertise through MITs Applied Agentic AI program and Cornell Universitys Fundamentals of Organizational Design.Based in Hong Kong, her deep commitment to industry excellence and her local community is reflected in her past leadership roles, having previously served as Chair of the Board for the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) andSecretary of the City Kids Preschool board.
