Morgan serves as Advisor to Headline Asia, focusing on the venture capital firms strategic activities across key regions of Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong. His foray into technology began in North America around 2003 during the earlier days of digital advertising where he served stints in both the creative and technology roles at Ogilvy Interactive and Foote Cone & Belding. In 2008 he joined Microsoft in Beijing designing and rolling out technologies such as Silverlight and Surface across Greater China.Over the years, Morgan has had the privilege to participate in certain projects of personal interest to him, such as in 2013 when he served as the appointed logistics provider for the World Tourism Organization’s (UNWTO) first conference in Siem Reap, Cambodia. In 2019 to 2020 he collaborated with the China Film Foundation (中國電影基金會) on a series of India-China film Co-production Conferences held in Beijing. Morgan also spoke on the development of the digital economy at the 11th Asia Content Business Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia, which was attended by major Asian Governments and supported by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
