Roman Ruksha is Co-Founder & CEO of N.O.N. Humanoid, an alliance that connects service-robotics and physical-AI manufacturers, many of them in Asia, with integrators and clients across Europe and the GCC. An engineer by training, he has spent his career where physical products, AI and market-building meet, and is now backing the category he believes is about to break out: physical AI in the real economy, arriving as Europe ages and the work outpaces the people to do it.Over more than a decade he has built and launched technology businesses across the United States, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He began at Autodesk, then led market entry for SIGNAX, a construction-tech and physical-AI company, taking it into the US in 2021 and the UAE in 2022, signing an official partnership with Autodesk, and reaching break-even in the Gulf ahead of plan. Its technology went into projects with EMAAR, SOBHA and Azizi, and his earlier work opened government-backed programs such as Visit Abu Dhabi and Visit Saudi. He has spoken at industry conferences across the US and the Gulf.
