Dr Ryan Manuel is the founder of Bilby, a multi-award winning startup that makes AI government prediction and analysis machines. Bilby has raised around $6m from elite investors such as UBS and JP Morgan global leaders. Ryan was formerly a public servant in Australia serving the Rudd/Gillard/Rudd governments, and an academic at Oxford, The Australian National and Hong Kong universities. He holds a doctorate from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
