arah is General Partner at Outliers Venture Capital, an early-stage investment firm backing outlier founders in MENA. She is an operator turned investor, joining Outliers after working at startups in MENA and the US, with experience spanning VC in emerging markets, data products, and tech policy.Prior to becoming an investor, Sarah was leading the Middle East desk analytics and operations at Dataminr, a New York-based AI and Fintech unicorn that transforms real-time data into actionable signals. She later joined Wasphi, a MENA data startup, as the first hire where she led product strategy, hiring and business development. Sarah has also served as an analyst at Google and McKinsey&Co. As an investor, Sarah originated and led multi-stage investments at STV.Sarah has a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from Stanford University, focusing on Internet and Technology Policy, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
