Dr. Allan Zeman GBM GBS JP, is the Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, a major property developer in Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong entertainment district. He also owns Andara Resorts and Villa and Paradise Properties in Thailand. With over 55 years in Hong Kong, he has held numerous advisory roles, including in the government and cultural sectors.

Dr. Zeman is a member of various committees focused on government strategy, tourism and cultural development. He has received multiple honours, including the Gold Bauhinia Star and Grand Bauhinia Medal. An honorary doctorate holder from several renowned universities. He became a Chinese citizen in 2008, renouncing his Canadian citizenship.
