Ir Dr Ted Suen has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ASTRI, effective from 2 July 2025. He is a distinguished technology executive with over 30 years of experience in information technology and digital transformation.

Previously, Ir Dr Suen was President of Lenovo PCCW Solutions, where he led strategies and technology solutions across the region. At NEOM, Saudi Arabia, he served as Executive Director of Digital Mobility and Chief Technology Officer, shaping cognitive digital strategies for its smart city project. In Hong Kong, he was Chief Information Officer at MTR Corporation, directing IT strategies and transformation efforts globally.

As a past President of the Hong Kong Computer Society, Ir Dr Suen has greatly influenced Hong Kong’s ICT development. His dedication to industry advancement and talent cultivation has been recognized with awards such as the China Top 5 CIO Award and the Hong Kong CIO Award for Large Enterprises.
