Jovan is a seasoned analytics and digital-transformation leader with two decades of experience across Telecom, Energy, Banking, and more in North America and Asia-Pacific. As Global Analytics Partner at H&M Group, he drives data-driven solutions for the fashion giant. Previously, he led sales, marketing, and partnerships in APAC at an AI consultancy, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies like L’Oréal and AXA. He also founded an HR-tech startup supported by the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation.

Jovan has successfully led AI and cloud-migration programmes, advancing from spreadsheets to predictive models and GenAI applications. Beyond corporate roles, he chairs the Innovation Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, co-chairs the AI & Big Data Committee at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, and serves on key advisory and mentoring positions in various tech-related organisations.
