Lito Villanueva is the Philippines’ leading figure in digital transformation and inclusive finance. As EVP and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer of RCBC, he has driven the bank’s digital growth, earning over 300 accolades.

He serves as Chief Digital Transformation Advisor of the Yuchengco Group and has been recognised with numerous awards, including PhilSec’s Digital Leader of the Year. Villanueva founded Fintech Alliance.PH and co-founded Asia FinTech Alliance.

A published author, he holds two master’s degrees and completed a Digital Transformation program at the University of Cambridge. His work in innovation continues to empower many across the Philippines and beyond.
